Live Help Widget Not working

i added Live Help Widget to my website.
this is my web url
when i click to open chat it shows loading icon always

this is google chrome developer console screenshot

500 error occurred when click to open chat

When a person "pops out" the live support chat widget, it displays properly. It only does the iframe thing when in widget form.

Any ideas?
