Disable widget in specific pages and popup timer

Hello,

i have some questions about lhc

1st - It's possible to disable the chat widget in specific pages? how ?

2nd - It's possible to add a popup balon to the widget that appear after x seconds of visitor being in the website ?

1st -question i find a way to do

Thank you for the first CSS solution, can be a solution yes...

For the second question actually is not possible show the tool-tip after some time,
you can decide in settings to show it or not but you are not allowed to set a timer after that show it.

If you are interested on engage visitor, take visitor attention you can consider to set a pro active invite so after some seconds and time that you can set,
the chat widget will be opened with a custom invite to chat.

you can set a pro active invite if you want have the attention of the visitor smile
Tooltip after some time is not supported smile pro active invite is much better for the scope.
