Hello

I have this warning showing up on the pages where the chat widget is displayed.

1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.canadianbusinessresources.ca/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image -(non working link)-
This content should also be served over HTTPS.

The image link goes to an 404 error but trust me there is an image.

The chat module is working fine but not showing the image. The chat script is not giving any warnings - just the image.

How do I change the image from http to https?

You can check why you have mixed content here:

seems you have website issue not only live helper chat... your wordpress installation is loading some not secure image and also an elements from live helper chat but this is done by your server configuration.

You can do a google search "how to force ssl"
the pad lock issue is not from live helper chat but from your server configuration!

Also I would suggest if you see that you have issue with live helper chat I suggest to not use the wordpress plug-in who seems to be not updated since long time...
seems to be deprecated and is not fully official.
If you are on a VPS or dedicated server I suggest to install live helper chat by downloading from the official website:

than install on your server: https://livehelperchat.com/ultimate-tut … -217a.html

after done that you can generate the embed code and put on the footer or header of your website.
