Operators profile can chat with client?

Hi,
i need to have 3 accounts: 1 Administrator and 2 Operators each his own department for example  X and Y department.
If client web user choose X department will chat with first operator otherwise with the second operator.
But if i create an Operators Profile and assign it to the X department and try to chat with him via web widget is off-line, instead the Administrator profile run well.
What is the problem?

So your saying when the department is offline and you initiate a chat you get the Administer?

No, i ask if is possible to chat from an OPERATORS (not Administrators) profile with a client web.
The Administrator profile has too many options, and configurations. I need a simple profile.

Yes, they can. There is pre-configured operators group. Just use them while creating a user.

Yes i've find the roles list and the modify options for each role. Now i can customize the operators profile and i'm able to enable or disable each option.
