OSTicket integration with hosted Live Helper Chat

I was wondering whether the OSTicket integration could be used on the hosted version of Live Helper Chat

Hi adieyal,
if you need open tickets only for the offline message you do need any plugin, just set a proper filter in the OsTicket for use the reply address as email to open a ticket.

If you need open a ticket for each chat you need the plugin. All is explained in the documentation and in the plug in page.
