speech bubble for live chat

Hi,
Could any one please explain how to have speech bubble with girls picture like  the live support assistant show up in http://livehelperchat.com/ ? 
Also kindly please mention which all css have to be included to have the chat option window and support option correctly. Now i'm getting links only without any styles.

However, I already have this tooltip disabled and I am still getting the bubble.

Sorry but what you are saying sound very strange to me.
If you have disabled the tooltip is not possible is showed.

Are you sure now if you go on settings, live help configuration, chat configuration, online tracking
the option: Show need help tooltip? is unchecked?

Could you share the url where your widget is and you have issue?

Thank you for the quick reply. This was the issue, the dev pasted the old embed code before it was turned off. Sorry for the confusion!
