live helper chat with notification

When users send message to a website with LHC,I want to make it send the notification through FCM to my app at the same time.
But I can't find the code handling messaging or the variable representative message
Can someone teach me about it,please?
or LHC has other way to send notification?

Just listen to these two events and do what you want

What kind of issue are you experiencing?

You want incoming chat notification through FCM? What is FCM? What your app are?
What code are you looking for? Are you searching to edit the code of live helper chat? If yes no free support can be done by me.
