problem with Pro active chat invitation

Hi there,

I'm using your script for online chatting and thank you for your service.
I have a problem . I would like invite my visitors to chat but our setting doesn't work .
Our website is http://www.mashhadhost.com

you opened a private ticket in my system asking the same.

As I told in the ticket reply I cannot assist you to configure the pro active chat for works at your needs:
there is commercial support for this (for more info follow the relative link on my signature).

Your issue is solved
You do need to select department in pro active. This will cause issue
If you select department in your website you need have also selected the department when you generated the embed code so issue is only because you select the department in pro active
you should leave choose option
please check all is working now
