Difference between service hosted on LiveHelperChat.com and Bitnami

I have been using Live Helper Chat on two difference services:

1. Softaculous on my web hoster (Siteground)

2. Bitnami install on a cloud services provider (both Google and AWS)

I found both of these installs to use the same "version" of LHC.

But today, I signed up for an account on LiveHelperChat.com - and found the admin section quite different.

Is the version on LiveHelperChat.com a newer upgrade of the service on Google and AWS? If so, will the Bitnami installs be getting an install as well?

thank you for your message.

Seems the hosted version is not updated as the self-hosted version so maybe the admin different you found it's because you see an older version of the Live helper chat.
So it's not a newer upgrade, the version installed by you from Softaculous and Bitnami is more recent!
