I'm a new user to Live Helper Chat, and am very pleased with it so far. However, when I embed the chat code on to a webpage, it shows fine in Chrome and IE, but in Firefox, where the live help code should be, it shows my site header instead. I don't know very much about coding, but I've used a php include statement for my header and footer if that could have something to do with it.

Thanks for your ticket.
I checked your website where I cannot find any kind of live helper chat issue.
In the last version of Firefox, from my Windows PC, your widget chat is showed so I given instructions on how reset your Firefox

because I suppose the issue is on your device.
Wish you a nice time!
Hope this helps.
