Disable the Location of customer to be viewed by agent

I want to disable the customer location that is visible to agent in chat module

this question seems to be out of the scope of the free limited support I can give,
however is correct from your part ask this technical question.

I think this can be a question for the commercial support however I invite you to wait 72 hours for a reply here.
