Does the Software Link to https version?

Does the Live Helper Chat in anyway point to the https version of the site it is on?
Not sure if it is related, but shortly after we installed the software, We have noticed that Google is not considering our https version of the homepage more important than the non- http version.
Someone had mentioned that there might be something that is pointing to the https version.

Few things.
1. live helper users site connection mode.
2. You can specify manually what version should be used

Don't understand question about google, but I posted a few days ago and no response and don't know if this question is similar.
Having a problem with this as the widget is not displaying

Installed on secure subomain:  http://secure.mydomain.com

Web site is http://mydomain.com   (cannot have https://mydomain.com so need to use above for ssl)

In Chat configuration I set secure.mydomain.com  and then https

after I render the widget code and instal in on mydomain.com nothing shows

What's wrong?

This stuff is not related to your poblem. Your problem most likely related to server issues itself.
