welcome message in chatbox.

I have a page added chatbox.
I need to add a welcome message in the chatbox.
However, auto responser and pro active chat does not work with the chatbox.
How do I solve this problem? (PS. I apologize for my mistakes. I yet bad know English).

welcome in the Live helper chat forum and thank you for your first post!
Auto responder and welcome message is only possible into the live chat, not in the public chatbox.

Thanks for the quick response. But my task is to add a chat on the page (as iframe) and for its solution is not suitable the live chat or I dont know how do it. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
live helper chat support only chat widget.

You cannot insert the chat into the HTML page.
You can have the statues widget on bottom or on left or right as floating button or you can have a button.
