how do i make it so that the live c hides when the operator is offline

I want to make it so that when the operator is offline it doesn't show a contact form instead it just doesn't show the widget at all

Hi,
you need to select the option

"Hide status when offline" when you generate the Embed widget code. Is a check box on the top.
In this way when all operator will be offline the chat will be hidden.
