How do i add a placeholder to the start form of the script

For example when you initiate the chat there is label and i want to know how to put a placeholder in the input fields and also how do i change the button from Start Chat to Start Chatting

Sorry but what you are asking is out of the scope of my free limited support.
I do not know how to help you on that.

Regarding changing text of the start chat button there are no settings for do this in live helper chat,
at the moment as I told in the chat with you.
