IIS installation problem

Hi,
I'm new on Live Helper Chat. I'm trying to install this app on IIS 8.0. I have configured my virtual folder as livechat.
During the installation process I put the url http://localhost/livechat/index.php/site_admin/install/install but the url is changed in http://localhost/index.php/xxxxxxx so it doesn't work.

If I change the url manually it works for the single page but not to follow all the steps.

How can I fix it?
