Hi, is there some configuration about create rooms chat and/or Enable multiple users to talk in one room chat?

chatbox is the only thing is near what you are asking for.

This is a live chat support not a room chat for public.
If this not feet your need maybe a different software is suggested to you. You have to find different solution
