Map Links in Chat Tabs

I noticed in the chat tabs section and selecting the Maps tab to see the customers location. If you click on the Map to see more detailed information on where the customer is from, the newly opened Map only shows the default location of the system. In other words Our location and not the customers.
Is there a way to have it so when we click to see customers location on the MAP that is retains their information when the new window opens?

If system cannot detect customer location it does not show anything.

No, the map shows fine on the Maps tab and shows the customer's location. It is when you actually click on the Map to bring up a separate window for a bigger view of the customers location. It is showing the location just fine on the tab, it's when you click on the MAP for a bigger imaging, etc.
