Hello,

first:

My name is André and iam form Germany. So sorry for bad english ^^ I try my best.

I using Woltlab Burning Board Forum Software for my community and i searching for a live support chat plugin for a long time.

In google you get many results for this question.

Here some examples:

So, many people in Germany, which using burning board looking for a plugin with live support in the last 4 years.

I think also english speaking communities will look for it wink

So my question to the developer of Live chat helper:

Could you create a plugin for WBB 4.1 / WCF 2.1?

Requirements for the plugin:

It should be work with the permission groups from WBB.
So if i have a group named supporter, all members of this group has the permission to work as a supporter in the live support chat.
The permission which group can use the chat and which group can work as a supporter for the chat should be migrate in ACP.
Spam dedection, IP adress protocol.
A permission that one operator / supporter can only chat with X customers at the same time.
Extra permissions for admins: look in every support chat, can read protocol of every chat, ban customer from chat.

Also nice would be a style choosing for the chat box and the position on the page (maybe you can choose if the chatbox is only on dashboard, or forum, or both etc.)

So why you develope this plugin for me / us?

I can tell you some reaons:

1.: You can earn money with it in the Plugin Store of wbb: https://pluginstore.woltlab.com/

2.: I will support you with a donation smile up to 50€ or 100€ would be possible.

3.: I will help you to translate the files in german, so you dont have to think about how to place your plugin for german customers.

4.: You will earn the money alone, iam only interested in the plugin, an exclusive version and maybe a little note in the plugin store of WBB like: powered by (name of my community). Not more!

5.: I will host the development environment for you, so you dont need do buy a WBB license or an webspace. That includes full access to plesk, phpmyadmin and a burning board testforum. You can also download the files and work local. Thats your decision. The hosted WBB forum is for testing and presentation if you want to.

6.: You need people for testing the plugin at several times? No problem! Our community staff has round about 30 members. And in our forum are more than 2800 people. We can communicate with you over Teamspeak 3.
