Change the "Name","Your Question" and click "Start chat"

How can the "Name" , "your question", Button "star to chat" in another language be changed?

Hi,
thank you for your question and welcome in the live helper chat.
This field are not editable.
You can create custom field if you need just navigate into settings, live help configuration (tab)
here you can set the start chat form settings and also here you can disable name and other file than create custom field.
