Live Help is offline after 5min

hi

Full XMPP installed
i use xabber login operator can see new chat requests and reply, after 5min that Live Help is offline And I go to status in xabber and set it as Available again then widget is going back to "Live Help is Online" after 5min auto go back "Live Help is Offline"

xabber Auto-away already set to never n idle also

any setting i missing?

Hi and welcome. Sorry only commercial support on XMPP I cannot help you with that.
You can use the Web interface for manage chats.

Not sure if you are using XMPP for mobile for Android. If so I will suggest also taking a look at our Wurrd app as an alternative. It is work in progress but it covers the basic workflow for chatting with your website visitors from your mobile device. If you think that your issue can be related to a bug you can report into official GitHub page. You can find link to GitHub page on the home page of live Helper Chat.

Or as suggested by Scalior you can try the wurrd app.

Thanks for the explanation of the problem! I had the same situation, I thought that all because of a misconfigured proxy server (advanced.name in my case if matters), but it turned out that in another case. Good that you explained.
