Create new chat functionality

Hi. I'm trying to include a script to automatically insert the chat conversation into my ticket platform, is it possible to include a new button in the chat and call an external script?

Sorry I cannot help you with this request, there is commercial support for that or documentation.
I do not know if in the documentation you can find so.ething related to this and if this is supported. Maybe is possibile with the commercial support, more info on my signature. Thank you
