1 line by 1 page for same visitor

Hello,

Since the new version 2.51 of the software, I get 1 new line each time the same visitor visits a new page of my website.
It will be said that the software fails to understand that it is the same visitor.
Yet we can see that the IP address is the same.

Do you have an idea to solve the problem? Or do you have a check?

Depuis la nouvelle version 2.51 du logiciel Live Helper Chat, j'ai observé que le logiciel m'ajoutait une nouvelle ligne de visiteur à chaque fois que le même visiteur change de page sur mon site internet.
Le logiciel réagi comme s'il s'agissait d'un visiteur différent à chaque page. Pourtant on peut voir que l'adresse IP est la même.
Avez-vous une idée du problème ?
Problème de configuration du logiciel ?
Comment puis-je faire une vérification ?

I am sorry to inform that "I AM out of the office" so my replies here are limited until 8 January.

If you are unable to solve and you are sure to never changed LHC settings or server settings maybe your update process may have been not made correctly. I suggest to do again the update process by made before a full backup copy of your existent folder and database.

I hope your issue will be fixed.
