Hi, is there a way to have the LHC not show the popup chat window as the customers Current page?I would be better if LHC bypassed this page so that we could tell what page they are on, on the site.

You would have to have someone on the site that has an active chat window open and actively talking in that chat window. Then I think you could see it.
It's not an error, just a recommendation.

Managed to fix.

Proper bug report would included following steps to reproduce.
1. Send message to user.
2. User does not enters a message and clicks send.
3. User current page changes to invalid URL should stayed the same.
But I do not expect to receive such great quality bug reports. That's why it's sometimes searches for a needle in a bag
