but is very slowly and i have long delay to send message
what is optimization iis configuration for lhc?

Nice photos on your first website! Are you the photograph? 
Live helper chat as all live chat software need to be installed on a VPS or dedicated machine.

If LHC are slower there is no much to do I think, this depends from the hosting.
