Hi,
I need to set a rule which allow user to have access only to his department's FAQ.
How i can do that ?

thank you for your question. Please remember to give sense to the Topic Title.
A proper title can be: "Department permissions" for example or "how to allow operator to access only his department"

You need also to assign the operator to a department from his profile and disable all department assignment for an operator for be assigned only to a specif department.
