Operator to operator chat on different departments not working.

Hello,

I have two operators on different departments that can start a chat in any direction but only the starting message appears to the other operator. Any communication between them doesn't appear to the other.

Great work with Live Helper Chat.

What version are you using?
Is a new installation? Are you able to reproduce this issue on the demo of live helper chat?

Have you checked your server error log?

I tested on my Live helper chat and I AM UNABLE to reproduce this issue, all seems work fine. The two operator can chat without Issue.
Please look at this:

05 - Fix common issue on the first install of Live helper chat.

Hope can help you,
again check your server error log file.
Consider the issue can be also the browser, try a different browser for the operators.
