Do lhc having seperate logins for admin and operator?

There is separate group called operators, so while creating a user you can assign it to operators group. And you can just change permission and influence what operators sees.

If I create an operator. Will the operator be able to login to lhc through the same admin login screen but with different username/password? Else is there a way to provide him a login screen?How the operator is authenticated?

Yes all logins goes through the same login window.
