Options for starting from lhc_web/index.php

Hi,

when sending the Visitor to the Chat with a static link to myurl.com/lhc_web/index.php instead of the Javascript implementation, is there a way to hand over variables? E.g. (most importantly for us) set the department, so the department selector on the form is not displayed, like myurl.com/lhc_web/index.php/(department)/1 ?

thank you for joying in the Live helper chat forum and for your help also to the other post where someone asking for Joomla integration with LHC.

Right now I think is not possible a direct link to the department.
I can suggest to you to request if this is supported and maybe request the support of this in the GitHub page where the chat owner manage issue, bugs or feature request.

You can give a title like Direct link department, something like this IF i have well understood your request.
