This is more of a development post but wanted to start here before it finds itself in Github.
The Wurrd extension relies on chat status events to keep track on the status of chats (i.e., pending, active, closed, blocked, etc). I have noticed that there are some instances where some of these events are not being dispatched. I have looked at the code and clearly see that this events are not being called. I have put together a chat state diagram to capture the status transitions and the associated events that are dispatched. The picture in the link should help explain the point. For example, when chats are automatically closed by the cronjob events are not dispatched.
Are there similar events that are generated that I should be listening for instead?
If not, how best can we collaborate to have the platform dispatch the necessary events? Pull request?
Note that the state diagram is not complete and doesn't account for chat transfer as I have not yet analyzed that. The diagram will grow as I learn more.
