mod_security compatibily

Hi,

For everyone who was complaining that they were having issues then mod_security was turned on.
I have finally made some changes regarding this issue. If you download 1.98v it should be compatible with mod_security now.http://livehelperchat.com/new-version-1.98v-a-lot-of-small-changes-309a.html
