Hosted LHC - deactivated

Hi,

I forgot to pay the monthly fee for the hosted LHC and the subdomain was deactivated. I've then reopened an LHC system on the same subdomain, but I've not received the access password and when trying the 'Forgot password' feature on the system, I'm told I will receive an email, but the emails are not coming through. The subdomain is kronstadt.livehelperchat.com. Any ideas?

Please check your SPAM folder, mail should be here if you are unable to find in inbox.
Also if you continue to have issue on your hosted version please email remdex (as you are a pay customer) at the address indicated in the support page.
