disable bubble on mobile devices

Hi,
I had to check the option "disable responsive layout" on the code because the widget on mobibe was placed behind another layer on top page, therefore not visible.

Now I have the mobile widget correctly positioned at the bottom right corner like in desktop view, but the bubble is too big and I need to disable it for mobile navigation. How do I do that?

Hi,
you cannot disable tooltip only for mobile. You can disable globally on live chat settings, chat configuration, online tracking.

Also please remember from mobile if you press the x in the tooltip tooltip will be hidden for some time (you can set the time in the settings"

Hi Marco,
Yes I know that, but it would be nice to be able to hide the bubble for mobiles OR to move around the online image on mobile.
Same settings for large and small screens don't make sense.
