Problem with the chat "Your request was not processed as expected"

Hi,

I am getting error message "Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means." when i try to open up a live chat, the option "Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain."  is not checked in.

I checked the errors log into server and i found this:

[06-Sep-2016 11:28:16 America/Bogota] PHP Warning:  include(): Failed opening 'cache/compiledtemplates/129db69fc6ab61fbbcb5674235afbe2c.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/php') in /home/loritoexotico/public

but i dont know if this is related.

can any one help me?

I have replied in issue. It's not a bug, it's just the way it works, user waited to long to fill form, he just have to resubmit. This is better than having some kinda capcha which user has to fill each time
