Hello and good evening,
at first I write that my english ist not so good, but I try to describe my problem.
I have a website. On the Home-Site I have installed a Live-Help-Widget.
When a user start a chat and go to another site (for example to the impressum), the Live-Help-Widget will be closed and the chat is cancelled.
Can anyone helps me?
The Widget and the chat should be available on all my bottoms.

Sorry, this sound no possible to me. Is your domain space blank? Domain space like explained in the link of documentation i give to you. Do you have secure cookie activated? Some settings of your LHC should be wrong. In default config you should not loose chat if domain not change.

Now it works. I had delete the cache and restart my server
Can you possibly help me with this problem: When a user starts a chat, this remains in the status "Chat waiting" and will not be automatically assigned to an agent, although this is activated.

You have to check every operator profile and see if they are assigned to the department. For do that you need open each profile and check in the department tab.

I have two users (Admin and Daniel). The administrator should not give any support. The user Daniel is assigned to the support department.
When a user starts a chat and Daniel is online, the chat remains in the status "Chat waiting" and is not automatically assigned to Daniel. Daniel must confirm the chat at first.
I want that the chat after 10 seconds is automatically assigned to the user Daniel.
Is this possible?

This is the normal way to work for LHC: operator have to accept the chat.
Maybe you need use Automatic Assign inside the department options.

Sorry, I cant continue to posts message here so future reply to this topic can be slower or not come from me.
As I told you can find the function I mentioned into the department settings. For use LHC you need know a little the settings if you don't know just navigate in it and learn
Once you are in the department settings by editing IT you will find the right tab for automatic assignment.

If you really need help you can start a chat with me as mentioned not chatting in a forum.
You can find easlt the settings of your needs by going simply in the department. No need to write here a lot of posts
I AM continuing to receive email notifications.
But seems you don't want start a chat so maybe you are able to solve your question
