the picture of the woman
the picture of the woman on the default live chat box, the one appearing on top first time a visitor arrives to a page:
A- how to remove the image and add new one
b- how to remove the whole section
Notice I am not talking about staff picture, but the default female picture.

I Understand your question but please... before post question try to be more familiar with the live helper chat settings.
You can customizer the widget look also what you are sing by create a widget template. Here you will find all customization settings. Good luck! ☺
