replace every page, the customer must initiate a new chat.
I am from Indonesia. my english is not fluent, so I am sorry if my language is not good to hear.
I am having problems with livehelper. when I chat with my customers, and switch pages. it turns out they have to start a new chat again, chatting on the previous page can not be forwarded. is there any tips to overcome this? Please help.

this happening because there are wrong settings in your live chat.
