Remove the form at the start of the chat

I want to remove the form in the very start of the chat.. It by default ask for name and question. I want to remove this and the chat starts automatically.

Hi,
Please go on the setting, start chat settings and leave checked only message field. You must have minimum of 1 field active and you will have same as is on livehelperchat.com
