changing widget text

sorry to keep asking so many questions
I want users to know they can leave a message when support is offline, but the widget text is "live help is offline"
Is it possible to change that text or add a bubble above it to tell users they can leave a message ?

Not bad idea, fill github feature request.
At the moment you cannot do that
