Helper position not showing + css

Hey. Ive just installed LiveHelperChat - I love that, works really fine.

Ive got some questions about it.

1. When chatting with helper, his position isnt showing (on Livehelperchat.com it says "Personal assistant"). How can I enable it?

2. I wanna change chat forms & start chatting button (to suit with my website template). Where are these css and source files located?

thank you for your post!

1. Seems job title is not showed if vote widget are active or maybe the job title is showed only in pro active invitations.
I have requested already in the past to add the job title in the widget and pop up but remdex the chat owner has says there are no enough space for this... you can try to open a feature request here: https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues so at the moment seems what you want to do is not possible.

2. https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/59 , or you can try in widget template inside LHC settings, you have the relative tab CSS

Thank you for quick response.

How can I disable vote widget?

So, when I have default instead of custom, in which file I can change for example "Your question" textarea height?

Hi, I don't know and don't know if is possible.
Maybe will be fine if in the future can be added again (Job Title) in Widget and Pop Up but need people who request it on GitHub.

You can custom widget in the widget theme, for all other code customization I cannot help you, sorry.

In the Survey page under settings. You need select the right department.
