Hello,

I just want to ask what are the other methods for lh_inst? As for opening the chat, we use lh_openchatWindow method. How about opening a new window?

For instance a link that triggers the chat, i used the following codes:

<a href="#" onClick="return lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow()">CLICK TO CHAT</a>

how about the one that triggers new window chat.

Sorry, this question seems is not related directly to LHC.
For open a chat in new windows you can set the relative settings when you generate embed code.

If you make different custom code... you need to know smile what do do

How come that is not related to LHC? It is the code which the chat widget will open at the bottom right side. I just want to know how to do the new window return javascript callback.

thank you for your post.

When you generate Embed code you can decide to make the window open in new window and not in the widget by unchecking the option: On a mouse click show the page widget
If you need know what code LHC use I cannot assist you with this.
As you can understand this is an open source project, owner can't have much time to discuss here in the forum smile there are some several issue who need to be resolved from Jeanuary.
