Form redirect doesn't work

Hi,

i tryed to make some test chats and i noticed that when i try to redirect user to contact form the chat closes but no redirect is done.

I'm using the LHC version: 2.46

thank you for your post. Sorry I AM using version 2.40 as the last version have some important bugs unresolved from the start of the year.

You can try to reproduce your issue maybe in the demo of live helper chat.. umh but also the demo seems to be, at the moment, updated to the last version.
You can have some settings or permission issue inside LHC I cannot help you with this issue.

All I can suggest is try a new near install and try with default settings if you are able to reproduce the same issue, than you can update this topic when you have more info after the test.
