remove waiting time

Hi

How can I remove the message to a user about the waiting time or queue position please.  I dont want our customers to know they are 132 in the queue?

thanks Marco.  Another question I see currently 606 active chats but this is not correct.  What setting do I need to clear chats that are not active please or auto clear chats that are closed?
