I have created a webservice that insert chat messages in lh_msg. but in admin chatbox it is not updating and showing message . please help me.

make sure you insert message with correct chat id or just dig deeper smile

Thank for your reply actually I want to create a mobile app that will used by customers for chatting with our admin. For this I wrote webservice that insert message in table but notification is not appear like on web we are getting . Is there any other thing we can manage this kind of application.

for admin to see new chat request. You have to insert record to lhc_chat and then you get id insert message with this new chat id.

yes you are right i did the same added info in lhc_chat table , but the problem is I need to refresh the chat page to view new message. how can I solve this refresh issue thanks in advance for your guidence
