Hi, please post a screenshot. Never heard this issue before.
Have you setup correctly email settings? Please chek in the settings you can also use test button under email settings and see if your settings (email) works.

Hi,
thank you for your reply and screen.

I think you are using PHP Mailer and not SMTP and this cause to you issue.
I suggest to go on Settings, Mail settings and setup correctly SMTP.

Remember to put ssl:// or tls:// before the mail server that use the test function for see if email is sent correct.
