auto close chats with no activity

Hi, its possible to auto-close those chats where are not longer active?because i see many are still active in the admin dashboard but they should be closed since long time ago.

Hi,

At the moment there aren't such feature. But if you have more specific requirements you can always fill github feature request. As I imagine few options there
a. Have a maintenence part in LHC where you could set timeout and manually close all chats.

b. Have a cronjob which would close automatically inactive chats

As for now you can close them manually.

I really like option b, and about styling the livechat I think we are doing a really good job. Maybe you can copy this and make it like this by default for all clients. Check it http://livechat.budamail.com/prueba.htmlIt's not done yet but is looking much better and more modern.
