simple guidance

I have set up live helper chat and i am stuck with the last part of the integration with osticket.
i have followed the steps on the page, generated the API for the web server + urls  and added the extension tag at the top of the settings.php.
have put it in the extensions folder in the live helper chat install.
no button appears.
please assist.

Hi,
this is an Open Source Project. There are no free support... you can just try to post here and wait.
If you need customize livehelperchat and you are unable to install an extension you can ask help on official commercial support https://livehelperchat.com/support-13c.html

Also in the forum there are already discussion of osticket extension issue, you have just to search.
If your Osticket extension not work please review better instruction on the extension page and check you server error log file.
