Problem with Client app

Hi, im having a problem with the client app.

1. I opened the exe file.
2. The window was minimize like tray icon.
3. When someone call on chat, only do sound alarm.

Trouble: I do not received notifications.

*The option to allowed notifications is ok (at Control Panel)

Any suggestion?

Hi, sorry to see there are no replies to this post.
Maybe in the future we can do better.

Live Helper Chat is an Open Source Project,
support on the Forum can be limited and not all time maybe is possibility to give the desired reply.

We will do the best for give an helpful reply asap (as soon as possible).

The Windows app is not updated as is the web interface and Windows app can have unresolved issue. I suggest to you to use the web version with Firefox browser.
