I have a problem with the widget, sometimes automatically reduced to small size. Help me please someone how to fix this?

What version of LHC are you using?
Is strange if I go on chat.pegas-group.cz I see leave message but department are not indicated as offline.

Is a strange issue. Have you the last version 2.40 or 2.46?

How to Check the version the LHC?

This problem occurs when a visitor writes a report, I will accept it and the customer has a size which is in the picture.

I use the latest version 2.46.

Sorry your chat is offline and I AM unable to test and start a chat. In the offline form I don't see any issue.

So I suggest to try and know, learn better LHC.
Regarding your issue you need understand when the issue happen.

I don't think is happening all time if yes something are wrong on your LHC settings or can be an hosting server configuration issue.
You can try to take the Embed code and paste in a real time editor online like this one: http://htmledit.squarefree.com/ and see if you are able to reproduce the same issue.

Also you can test if you are able to see the same issue in the demo of Live Helper Chat:

Sorry but this is strange issue, seems not directly for now an issue in the LHC code.

With Firefox I AM unable to see any issue on your widget.
Chat is pending now... ok now I see the look is not good.

This usually happen I think when the server or server settings are not fully compatible with LHC

Hi macetin,
this issue are also present in other hosting.

In my case I AM on a VPS and I do not have any issue... so here is difficult tell you why this problem occur.
This is something can maybe reply only the chat owner. I do not understand a lot of programming.

You can try to do a new install and see if this can solve but usually this not solve the issue.
Do you have installed LHC from a panel or by downloading the package on the official website?

I AM not sure is hosting, is only a supposition. Can be a setting in your server who maybe can be change but really no idea.
