Email Chat Transcript

Hi,

I want to email a chat transcript to myself but I do not see a link in the chat window to do so. This would be for the technician and not the customer.

Any help would be appreciated as I cannot find this. We copy the Live Chat text into our CRMS and the newer version does not copy & paste well.

Hi p3.chuck,
at the moment this feature are not supported: operator have no button for send to himself chat transcript.
You can open a Topic with a feature request here: https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … issues/new

You can print the chat transcript maybe install a PDF printer (on your PC) than use as printer for save transcript as PDF.
In the chat operator side you have the printer button.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have opened a topic with the feature request. I think it would be VERY useful to be able to email it to any address.

The problem, currently, is that the formatting messes up copy & paste in most cases (including PDF). The time date stamps do not copy if you then attempt to copy from the PDF.
